Tips to Fight Viral Illnesses

March 2020

We all work hard to stay healthy through every flu and cold season…and now we’re hearing about a worldwide outbreak of Covid-19, a new respiratory illness. We are taking extra precautions to fight the spread of germs at Lifetime Eyecare, and we hope you’re doing the same.

We ask that you please reschedule your appointment:

• If you have the flu or any respiratory illness involving frequent coughing or sneezing.

• Have a temperature over 100. Per CDC recommendations, you or your family member should remain at home until 24 hours after a fever is gone.

• Have traveled within the past 2 weeks to China, Iran, Italy and most of Europe or South Korea (or other countries added to the list of high risk countries by the CDC).

• Have been exposed to any person being tested for the COVID-19 virus.
